Each piece is handmade with care and is intended to be enjoyed for years to come.

All sales are final unless otherwise approved by Hawkins Silver Co.

If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact Hawkins Silver Co. within 14 days of purchase. Returns or exchanges must be approved in advance, and items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition.

Rings that have been sized, particularly rings containing stones, are not eligible for return or additional resizing. The sizing process can place stress on the metal and may compromise or damage a stone. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or resizing requests on previously sized stone-set rings.

Custom, personalized, altered, or made-to-order pieces are final sale, except in the case of a verified maker defect or error.

Because our jewelry is handmade, each piece is inspected by Hawkins Silver Co. before a refund, exchange, or repair is approved.
